According to Portuguese statistics, from January to August this year, two-way trade reached 1.169 billion euros, a year-on-year increase of 43.3 percent, despite the impact of global financial crisis, Zhang said.
Both countries enjoy great cooperation potential in such fields as renewable energy, telecom, bio-technology, electronics, information technology, pharmacy, software development and application, as well as tourism, he added.»
