We would like to invite you to participate in the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES) 2011 Conference - Zagreb, which will bring together many distinguished researchers from all over the world. Participants will find a good opportunity for presenting new research, exchanging information and discussing current issues. Although we focus on Europe and Asia, all papers from major business, finance, and economics fields - theoretical or empirical - are highly encouraged.
The conference will be held on October 13th, 14th and 15th, 2011 at Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Abstract submission for the EBES 2011 Conference - Zagreb is now open. We would like to remind you that the deadline for abstract submission is July 31, 2011.
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
We would also like to announce publication opportunities for qualified papers presented at the EBES 2011 Conference - Zagreb. Qualified papers will be published in the EBES journals (Eurasian Business Review and Eurasian Economic Review) and in special issue of the journal of Emerging Markets Finance and Trade (EMFT). EMFT is indexed in the Social Science Citation Index and EBES journals are indexed in the Cabell's Directory, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, RePEc, EBSCO Business Source Complete, ProQuest ABI / Inform, and EconLit (EER). Interested EBES 2011 Conference participants can also resubmit their full papers for the EBES 2011 Anthology (has an ISBN number) which is published annually and includes papers presented in the EBES 2011 Conferences (Istanbul and Zagreb).
INVITED SPEAKERS
We are pleased to announce that distinguished researchers, Ali M. Kutan and Wesley J. Johnston will join the conference as keynote speakers. Professor Kutan is a well-known academician who has published articles in many of the leading economics and finance journals and serves as the editor of Emerging Markets Finance and Trade and the American editor of Economic Systems. Professor Johnston is professor of marketing at Georgia State University and he has published numerous papers in top marketing journals. He also serves as the editor of Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing.
